Abstrakt:	Clinical information about the birth composes an important set of data to the documentation about the care provided during childbirth. Formalized in the document Obstetric Impatient Discharge Summary (OIDS), such information are essential for continuity of mother and child attention, in the health care network. The main paper's objective is to propose an Information Model for this document based on ISO Standard 13606 for interoperability between health information systems in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
