Abstrakt: Aortocoronary shunting was performed in 15 patients with unstable and early postinfarction angina pectoris. Coronarography revealed an isolated lesion of a coronary artery in all the patients. Two years after the operation the patients had no angina pectoris; no myocardial infarctions occurred.
