| Abstrakt: | The experience of examination and treatment of 126 patients with severity trauma of abdomen was summarized. The performance of decompressive laparostomy in treatment of the abdominal compression syndrome was suggested. In 28 patients temporary closure of abdominal cavity by polychlorvinyl blend was applied. |
