| Abstrakt: | Abstract: The structure of the cells was studied in two strains of grapevine calli (Vitis riparia ×V. labrusca). These callus cultures contained only highly vacuolised cells. The pattern of division in these slightly cytosolic cells was described. In both callus strains caryological instability has been found. |
