Abstrakt:	The article reports on real estate deal that will bring Staten Island, New York its biggest development since the Verrazano Bridge came together as of November 2013. The completion of the 580 million U.S. dollar deal was driven by a 20 percent discount from organized labor and city subsidies. Included in the project is the world's tallest observation Ferris Wheel, to be erected by developer Richard Marin.
