The article reports on the legal battle between hardware king John Menard and his ex-fiancee Debra Sands which has implicated former Conseco executives Rollin Dick and Steve Hilbert in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sands who filed the case in 2008 in Wisconsin claimed that Menard has promised her a big ownership of his business empire including a 20 percent interest in MH Equity. Menard made a counter argument on the idea that Sands is not allowed to practice law in Wisconsin. |
