The article offers a look at the status of the commercial real estate sector in Las Vegas, Nevada as of October 2010. The author claims that the predicted worst debt crisis in the commercial real estate have and will never happen. Delinquency rates on commercial real estate loans were reported to decrease to 8.6 percent in the first quarter of 2010. The actions taken by lenders, business owners and borrowers, which are said to have helped improve the commercial real estate sector are also highlighted. |
