THE DISTRICT COURT AN CHUIRT DUICHE DUBLIN METROPOLITAN DISTRICT REGISTRATION OF CLUBS ACT 1904 AND 1962 APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION. TAKE NOTICE that CEDRIC BAILEY of 42 Bushy Park Road, Dublin 6, Honorary Secretary of Carrickmines Golf Club, whose premises are situate at Carrickmines in the County of Dublin, in the Court Area and District aforesaid intends to apply at the Annual Licensing District Court sitting at Court No. 52 Richmond Hospital, North Brunswick Street in the City of Dublin on the 2nd December 2009 at 10.30 a.m. for a renewal of the Certificate of Registration of the above mentioned club. The object of said Club is the playing and promotion of the game of golf in accordance with the club rules. My application is accompanied by all documents required by law.
