The article raises concern of borrowers about the uncertainty of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program under the incoming administration of U.S. President-elect Donald J. Trump. It addresses questions about the possible fate of people who are midway through their 120 payments, or current students who chose a graduate school on the expectation that they could enroll in PSLF if the program get shuts down, possible reinstatement of canceled debt, and the likelihood of loan payment. |
