IN THE MATTER OF BEATE UHSE NETHERLANDS B.V. NOTICE OF THE JUDGMENT OPENING INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS By Court Order of Amtsgericht (Local Court) of Flsnsburg, 24901 Flsnsburg, P.O. Box 1151, 24937 Flensburg, Sudergraben 22, Germany, on 29 March 2018 at 12.35pm, Insolvency proceedings were opened, as main insolvency proceedings pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings, for the Company's inability to pay its debts as they fall due and for its overindebtedness. The Amtsgericht (Local Court) of Flensburg is competent internationally pursuant to Article 3 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings. It was ordered that the Company itself manage and dispose of the assets involved in the insolvency proceedings as debtor-in-possession, under the supervision of a custodian.
