| Abstrakt: | Information about the term "offences" is presented. For environmental law, offences are incorporated in the European Commission (EC) Treaty Article 130. It states that a breach of environmental policy can result in criminal proceedings undertaken between an offender and an enforcement agency. Principal offences include the idea of causing pollution, breach of licence conditions and failure to comply with notices and orders. |
