U ovom radu proizvedeno je kvalitetno vino Babić. Cilj rada je bio usporediti tijek fermentacije i kakvoću vina dobivenog fermentacijom u vinimatiku firme "Vaslin" s klasičnim postpkom u vrionici "Decaillet".
