We present a method of diagonalization for the sfermion mass matrices of the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). It provides analytical expressions for the masses and mixing angles of rather general hermitian sfermion mass matrices, and all

We investigate the impact of recent direct supersymmetry (SUSY) searches on a non-universal sfermion mass scenario focusing on naturalness. One of the advantages of this scenario is that the non-universality between third generation and first two gen

It is shown that MSSM with first two generations of squarks and sleptons much heavier than the third one naturally predicts the maximal stop mixing as a consequence of the RG evolution, with vanishing (or small) trilinear coupling at the high scale.

We derive relations among sfermion masses based on orbifold family unification models. Sfermion mass relations are specific to each model and can be useful for a selection of realistic model.

We study the finite supersymmetric loop corrections to fermion masses and mixing matrices in the generic MSSM. In this context the effects of non-decoupling chirally-enhanced self-energies are studied beyond leading order in perturbation theory. Thes

We discuss issues in a scenario that hierarchical Yukawa couplings are generated through strong dynamics of superconformal field theories (SCFTs). Independently of mediation mechanism of supersymmetry breaking, infrared convergence property of SCFTs

We study the contraints on non-flavour-blind soft supersymmetry breaking terms coming from flavour and CP violating processes in the presence of hierarchical Yukawa couplings, and quantify how much these constraints are weakened in the regions of the

The sfermion-mass spectrum of the minimal supersymmetric standard model is investigated at the one-loop level. An on-shell scheme has been specified for renormalization of the basic breaking parameters of the sfermionic sector. Owing to SU(2)-invaria

In the context of a SUSY GUT inspired MSSM version, the low energy consequences of the asymptotic $b-\tau$ Yukawa coupling Unification are examined, under the assumption of universal or non-universal boundary conditions for the gaugino and sfermion m

We consider supersymmetric SO(10) grand unification where the unified gauge group can break to the Standard Model gauge group through different chains. The breaking of SO(10) necessarily involves the reduction of the rank, and consequent generation o
