We introduce tautological systems defined by prehomogeneous actions of reductive algebraic groups. If the complement of the open orbit is a linear free divisor satisfying a certain finiteness condition, we show that these systems underly mixed Hodge

We describe locally the representation varieties of fundamental groups for smooth complex varieties at representations coming from the monodromy of a variation of mixed Hodge structure. Given such a manifold $X$ and such a linear representation $\rho

Dans cette thèse nous nous intéressons aux singularités d'espaces analytiques complexes définis comme le lieu des zéros d'un morphisme sans pente. Nous étudions dans un premier temps les cycles proches et les cycles évanescents associés à un

We introduce a pairing on local intersection cohomology groups of variations of pure Hodge structure, which we call the asymptotic height pairing. Our original application of this pairing was to answer a question on the Ceresa cycle posed by R. Hain

In this thesis, we studied the Hodge theory and deformation theory of nodal surfaces. We showed that nodal surfaces in the projective 3-space satisfy the infinitesimal Torelli property. We considered families of examples of even nodal surfaces, that
