For the first time we have conducted a study of three species of the genus Selaginella P. Beauv. from Russia: S. sanguinolenta (L.) Spring, S. helvetica (L.) Link and S. borealis (Kaulf.) Rupr. using the method of scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
