Abstract Metoclopramide is an antiemetic agent prescribed for motion sickness, cancer chemotherapy, and pregnancy. The present work aimed to design a metoclopramide-loaded halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) drug-in-adhesive transdermal drug delivery system.
