We derive the Black-Scholes-Merton dual equation, which has exactly the same form as the Black-Scholes-Merton equation. The novel and general equation works for options with a payoff of homogeneous of degree one, including European, American, Bermuda

Motivated by the Atiyah-Floer conjecture, we consider $SO(3)$ Santi-self-dual instantons on the product of the real line and a three-manifold with cylindrical end. We prove a Gromov-Uhlenbeck type compactness theorem, namely, any sequence of such ins

In this paper, we employ the bifurcation theory of planar dynamical systems to investigate the travelling-wave solutions to a dual equation of the Kaup-Boussinesq system. The expressions for smooth solitary-wave solutions are obtained.

In this paper the differential equation y″ + (ρ 2 φ 2 (x) –q(x))y = 0 is considered on a finite interval I, say I = [0, 1], where q is a positive sufficiently smooth function and ρ 2 is a real parameter. Also, [0, 1] contains a finite number o

A number of interesting applications of the equivalent-current/source method (EQC) have recently been presented for antenna design and diagnostics. The Dual-Equation formulation has been proven to be superior in terms of accurately reconstructing sou
