Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Rus buğday afidine dayanıklılık sağlayan Dn100695 geninin bulunduğu 7D kromozomunu SSR markörleriyle ayrıntılı bir şekilde taramak ve dayanıklılık genini çevreleyen yeni SSR markörlerini belirlemektir.
