Bone tissue engineering strategies use fluid flow dynamics inside 3D-scaffolds in perfusion, bioreactors mechanically stimulate cells in these scaffolds. Fluid flow dynamics depends on the bioreactor’s inlet flow rate and 3D-scaffold architecture.
