Pancreatic adenosquamous carcinoma (PASC) is a rare variant of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The usual treatment for metastatic or recurrent PASC is systemic chemotherapy in accordance with the PDAC treatment strategy. This study aimed to
