Tin oxide (SnO2) nanowires (NWs) and indium oxide (In2O3) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using thermal evaporation and sol–gel methods, respectively. The NWs were decorated with the NPs by ultraviolet light irradiation and furnace annealing.
