We report a patient whose cryoglobulinemic vasculitis recurred due to reactivation of lamivudine-resistant HBV. Our patient with hepatitis B-related cryoglobulinemic vasculitis was administered lamivudine. Her vasculitis regressed, ALT normalized, HB
