GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Uzun dönem Methotrexat kullanımı artmış karaciğer hasarı vefibrozis riski ile ilişkilidir. Leflunomid hastalık modifiye edici bir ilaçtır.Leflunomid nükleer faktör kappa B aktivasyonunun güçlü bir inhibitörüdür.
