Seborrheic keratosis (SK) is a common, noncancerous growth on the skin. However, the paramagnetic species (radicals) in pigmented SK have not been investigated yet. X-band (9 GHz) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and EPR imaging (EPRI) were used

The mononuclear iron(III) Schiff base complex was analysed by EPR spectroscopy. The first derivative Q- and X-band EPR spectra of spin-crossover iron(III) complex exhibit the presence of the high spin (S = 5/2) and low spin (S = 1/2) iron(III) state.

Spin-labeling active compounds is a convenient way to prepare them for EPR spectroscopy with minimal alteration of the target molecule. In this study we present the labeling reaction of dexamethasone (Dx) with either TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-pipe

The aim of this experiment is to measure in vivo generation of melanin-derived radicals non-invasively, as a quantifiable index of radio-biological effect. Melanin-derived radicals in a living intact mouse tail tip were non-invasively measured in ver
