Red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) peel contains anthocyanin, fiber and vitamin C, so it can be used to improve lipid profile in dyslipidemia. The peel of the dragon fruit is not durable, so in this study we used freeze-dried dragon fruit peel.
