We demonstrate a spatially-multiplexed dual-comb 250-MHz OPO from a single linear cavity. The adjustable repetition-rate difference is 4.1 kHz. Each idler comb has >200-mW average power at 3.5 μm with 30 nm bandwidth. The OPO is wavelength-tunable f

We present a new type of dual optical frequency comb source capable of scaling applications to high measurement speeds while combining high average power, ultra-low noise operation, and a compact setup. Our approach is based on a diode-pumped solid-s

Single-cavity dual-comb lasers are a new class of ultrafast lasers which have a wide possible application space including pump-probe sampling, optical ranging, and gas absorption spectroscopy. However, to this date laser cavity multiplexing usually c

Strong-field ionization and rescattering beyond the long-wavelength limit of the dipole approximation is studied with elliptically polarized mid-IR pulses. We have measured the full three-dimensional photoelectron momentum distributions (3D PMDs) wit

Here we present inelastic neutron scattering measurements from the frustrated, quantum spin-1/2 chain material linarite, PbCuSO_4(OH)_2. Time of flight data, taken at 0.5K and zero applied magnetic field reveals low-energy dispersive spin wave excita

Low-temperature neutron diffraction and NMR studies of field-induced phases in linarite are presented for magnetic fields $H \parallel b$ axis. A two-step spin-flop transition is observed as well as a transition transforming a helical magnetic ground

We determine the phase diagram of copper nitrate Cu(NO$_3$)$_2\cdot$2.5D$_2$O in the context of quantum phase transitions and novel states of matter. We establish this compound as an ideal candidate to study quasi-1D Luttinger liquids, 3D Bose-Einste

We present a comprehensive macroscopic thermodynamic study of the quasi-one-dimensional (1D) $s = \tfrac{1}{2}$ frustrated spin-chain system linarite. Susceptibility, magnetization, specific heat, magnetocaloric effect, magnetostriction, and thermal-
