In our previous studies we have examined solar wind and magnetospheric plasma turbulence, including Markovian character on large inertial magnetohydrodynamic scales. Here we present the results of the statistical analysis of magnetic field fluctuatio

We examine the role of ions and electrons in reconnection using the highest resolution observations from the Magnetospheric Multiscale mission on kinetic ion and electron scales. We report magnetic field and plasma observations from several approache

Dynamics of magnetized fluids is much more complex than expected from the standard magnetohydrodynamics. Besides chaotic behavior that often appears in nonlinear dynamical systems, hyperchaotic motions are also possible on new strange attractors, wit

To quantify solar wind turbulence, we consider a generalized two-scale weighted Cantor set with two different scales describing nonuniform distribution of the kinetic energy flux between cascading eddies of various sizes. We examine generalized dimen

Turbulence is complex behavior that is ubiquitous in nature, but its mechanism is still not sufficiently clear. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is analysis of intermittent turbulence in magnetospheric and solar wind plasmas using a statistical

We develop the theory of line preserving flows and the magnetic reconnection using the Euler potentials formalism. In addition to our recently proposed model, we formulate new equations describing the time evolution of the Euler potentials in the lin

We examine the role that ions and electrons play in reconnection using observations from the Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) mission on kinetic ion and electron scales, which are much shorter than magnetohydrodynamic scales. This study reports observ

We look in detail at the multifractal scaling of the fluctuations in the interplanetary magnetic field strength as measured onboard Voyager 2 in the entire heliosphere and even in the heliosheath. More specifically, we analyse the spectra observed by

We consider behavior of finite magnetic field lines during reconnection processes. We portray field line motions using Euler potentials representation. Here, we propose a new insight into plasma flow fields related with magnetic reconnection. In this
