Intensive human activities have caused serious damage to the natural environment and threatened ecosystem services, while the relationships between ecosystem services at different spatial scales vary to some extent. Therefore, identifying different p

A new phase retrieval technique in digital holographic microscopy (DHM) with three defocused holograms is proposed. Given the defocusing distance, the phase distributions of tested specimen can be reconstructed with a simple algebraic equation. We ha

With the intensification of conflicts between different ecosystem services, how to achieve a win-win situation between socio-economic development and ecological protection is an important issue that needs to be addressed nowadays. In particular, how

We present a single-shot wavelength-multiplexing technique for off-axis digital holography based on a spectral filter. Only a spectral filter is inserted between beam splitter and mirror in reflection off-axis digital holography (RODH). The spectral

Compared to a conventional optical lens with spherical surfaces, an aspheric lens has many merits. However, due to the nonlinearity in its mathematical expression, its characterization is quite difficult. In this paper, we proposed a new method to co

A novel method for testing aspheric lenses using digital holography with an electrically tunable lens (ETL) is proposed and experimentally verified. The ETL generates a tunable deformed wavefront which helps to decrease the high gradient of aspheric
