A drastic increase (by 30.6 times) vs. the norm) of kallikrein activity was revealed in 70 patients with true eczema during exacerbation; blood plasma amidase activity was elevated 4.4-fold, serum alpha 2 macroglobulin antiprotease activity 1.4-fold.
