Summary: A wide selection of behavioral assays in systems neuroscience relies on head-fixation protocols to integrate in vivo multi-photon imaging approaches. For this, simultaneous pupillometry and locomotion tracking in head-fixed mice are used to

Dysregulation in the neural circuitry that encodes physiological arousal responses is thought to contribute to the manifestation of the maladaptive behaviors observed in neuropsychiatric disorders. We previously found that prepronociceptin-expressing

Computer Generated Holography (CGH) is a promising technique for synthesizing 3D images on-demand. CGH systems sculpt light by computing a 2D modulation pattern to shape the phase or the amplitude of a coherent light source. Yet, static wave modulati

We have developed a new algorithm to generate 3D holograms with a MEMS-based display device and a laser light source. Our technique rapidly superimposes mutually optimized coherent frames by encoding them into 8-bit RGB images.
