New hybrid compounds containing flavanone and pyrazoline motifs were synthesized by microwave irradiation and conventional heating methods using one-pot synthetic strategy. The products were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity.

Hybrid compounds are relevant products in the structure-activity relationships analysis. A new series of hybrid compounds containing coumarin, 1,2,3-triazole, and chalcone substructures were synthesized and screened for their antimicrobial activity.
