The structure-property correlation in polycrystalline powders of Y1-xNdxFe1-(4/3)yTiyO3 (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15; y = 0.05) was investigated. Diffuse reflectance spectra analysis revealed a reduction in the bandgap from 2.14 to 1.92 eV on increasing x.
