The day-ahead dispatching of power system depends on the predicted renewable energy output and load power, which brings great challenges to the real-time power balance. This paper focuses on voltage sensitive loads (VSLs) that are widely distributed

Chlorine containing very short-lived species (Cl-VSLS) are predicted to threaten the timely recovery of the stratospheric ozone layer to pre-1980 values. In addition, the contribution of Cl-VSLS to the reduction of ozone in the upper troposphere and

Dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) and perchloroethylene (C2Cl4) are chlorinated very short lived substances (Cl-VSLS) with anthropogenic sources. Recent studies highlight the increasing influence of such compounds, particularly CH2Cl2, on the stratospheric ch

We present novel measurements of five short-lived brominated source gases (CH2Br2, CHBr3, CH2ClBr, CHCl2Br and CHClBr2). These rather short-lived gases are an important source of bromine to the stratosphere, where they can lead to depletion of ozone.
