Kinetics of ferrite formation in low-carbon alloy Fe-9% Cr

1. The formation of ferrite in low-carbon Fe-9% Cr alloys seems to obey the kinetic theory of Khan, which is confirmed by the transformation fromn=4 (nucleation over grain boundaries) ton=1 (growth without the appearance of new centers).

Recrystallization of maraging alloys
