Superhigh resolution with use of a bent natural quartz crystal has been obtained. The instrumental line‐width at Eγ=176.8889±0.0002 keV was 0.19 s of arc (5.9 eV) in the 2nd of reflection and 0.20 s of arc (2.5 eV) in the 5th order.
