A method is suggested for quantitative fluorimetric analysis of natural prostaglandins (PGs). It is based on preparation of the fluorescent methylbenzocoumarine PG esters after their reaction with 4-bromomethyl-7.8-benzocoumarine (Br-MBC). Conditions
