Bu çalışmada kayısı (Prunus armeniaca L.) odunu ve meyve endokarpınun bazı kimyasal ve morfolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, kayısı odununun holoselüloz, alfaselüloz ve lignin içerikleri sırasıyla %79.
