Digital resolution enhancement is experimentally demonstrated for 800G 107 Gbaud 8-carrier PCS-256QAM employing waterfilling. 1.4 dB SNR and 1 dB Q2-factor gains are obtained with a 4-bit DAC at 1.125 samples/symbol.
