MAGIS-100 is a next-generation quantum sensor under construction at Fermilab that aims to explore fundamental physics with atom interferometry over a 100-meter baseline. This novel detector will search for ultralight dark matter, test quantum mechani

A point source interferometer (PSI) is a device where atoms are split and recombined by applying a temporal sequence of Raman pulses. During the pulse sequence, an initially trapped cloud of cold atoms is released and allowed to expand, behaving appr

Atom interferometers in which atoms are delocalized over macroscopic distances can provide excellent sensitivity for gravitational measurements. I will describe progress on the design and construction of a two-meter-tall strontium atomic fountain tha

We present a fully phase-locked comb-disciplined-laser system, conceived to operate the Matter-wave Atomic Gradiometer Interferometric Sensor (MAGIS-100). Via phase-locking to the comb, four ECDLs and a Ti:Sapphire laser inherit the stability of an u

Employing a fully quantized model for atomic wave-packets, we show that a large momentum transfer, multi-axes gyroscope using point-source atomic interferometry (PSAI) can achieve a sensitivity much higher than that of a conventional PSAI gyroscope.

A point source interferometer (PSI) is a device where atoms are split and recombined by applying a temporal sequence of Raman pulses during the expansion of a cloud of cold atoms behaving approximately as a point source. The PSI can work as a sensiti
