In the work, multi-layer nano CrAlN/TiAlN composite coating was deposited on the cermets with CrFeCoNiMo, CrFeCoNiMn, CrFeCoNiAl high entropy alloy phase. Growth and properties of the coating were systematically investigated. The results showed that
