Eine junge Patientin wurde wegen akuter Flankenschmerzen auf die Notfallstation gebracht. Der Schmerz strahlte zur rechten Leiste hin aus und war von hochster Intensitat, verbunden mit Ubelkeit und Schweissausbruchen.
