We propose a label poisoning attack on geometric data sets against $k$-nearest neighbor classification. We provide an algorithm that can compute an $\varepsilon n$-additive approximation of the optimal poisoning in $n\cdot 2^{2^{O(d+k/\varepsilon)}}$
