If we wish to use metal clusters as magnetic materials and dipole materials, it is necessary to assemble the clusters to attain a certain material size. However, the types of building-block clusters suitable for assembly are currently very limited, a

We demonstrate and characterize Zeeman-Sisyphus (ZS) deceleration of a beam of ytterbium monohydroxide (YbOH). Our method uses a combination of large magnetic fields ($\sim$ 2.5 T) and optical spin-flip transitions to decelerate molecules while scatt

Trimetallic Au24−xAgxPd and tetrametallic Au24−x−yAgxCuyPd clusters were synthesized by the subsequential metal exchange reactions of dodecanethiolate-protected Au24Pd clusters. EXAFS measurements revealed that Pd, Ag, and Cu dopants preferenti
