We have proposed a vector-sum phase shifter (VSPS) with a low phase shift error using a tunable active $g_{m}{\text {-}}{C}$ polyphase filter (PPF). The proposed VSPS realizes high insertion gain and a low phase shift error because the tunable active

We developed a V-band vector-sum phase shifter with frequency mixing. The developed phase shifter consists of two VGAs (Variable Gain Amplifiers) deployed in an IF path, a QMIX (Quadrature-Mixer) which combines output signals of the VGAs in a RF path

In recent years, for the realization of the low-cost and multi-band AP AA (Active Phased Array Antenna) system, broadband and highly accurate vector-sum phase shifter has attracted the attention. To realize such a vector-sum phase shifter, one of the

We report a high efficiency multi-band Envelope-Tracking Power Amplifier (ET-PA) that supports modulation bandwidth up to 80MHz using real-time digital predistortion (RT-DPD). The ET-PA consists of a broadband RF-PA and a singlephase buck-converter.

In order to realize a massive MIMO concept, small size and low power consumption over the wide-band frequency range are challenges for RF frontends module. This paper describes a highly integrated RF frontend module for high SHF wide-band massive MIM

We report a multiband Envelope-Tracking (ET) Power Amplifier (PA), comprising a very broadband RF-PA stage and a Voltage-Mode class-D (VMCD) buck-converter with 200MHz switching frequency. Both buck-converter and RF-PA were fabricated using a GaN HEM
