Parasitic thermal effects (thermal depolarization and thermal lens) of three Konoshima Chemical Co. laser-ceramics samples Yb3+:Lu2O3(CYb≈1.8%), Yb3+:Y2O3(CYb≈1.8%), and Yb3+:Sc2O3(CYb≈2.5%) were measured in experiment at different pump power.
