A Case of Unilateral Amazia, Chest Alopecia and Hand Anomaly

A curious case of unilateral amazia, alopecia of the chest wall and hand anomaly in an adult male is presented, which surprisingly is a rare congenital anomaly known as Poland syndrome and the patient was not aware about it.
