Compact Semi-circular Half-mode SIW Antennas

In this paper, a semi-circular antenna which is half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) based and fitted with coaxial feed, operating at 5.22 GHz is designed. The same antenna excited with inset feed is also designed to operate at 5.51 GHz.
