Summary: Background: Medulloblastoma patients with a sub-total surgical resection (STR; >1.5 cm2 primary tumour residuum post-surgery) typically receive intensified treatment. However, the association of STR with poor outcomes has not been observed c

CDKN2A loss and p53 mutations are rare in MYC-driven Group 3 medulloblastomas (MBs). Here the authors generated a transgenic mouse model of Group 3 MB by MYC overexpression and show that MYC suppresses ARF to drive tumorigenesis.

Summary: Here, we present a protocol for deriving a continuum score for group 3 and 4 medulloblastoma tumor samples analyzed via RNA-sequencing or DNA methylation microarray. We describe steps for utilizing NMF-defined group 3/group 4 metagenes to ca

Summary: Background: Medulloblastoma is the most frequent brain malignancy of childhood. The current multimodal treatment comes at the expense of serious and often long-lasting side effects. Drug repurposing is a strategy to fast-track anti-cancer th
