Ispitivan ie utjecaj termohidrolize brašna od perja pri pritisku od 3,6, 3,8 i 4,2 bara u vremenu trajanja hidrolize od 20 minuta. Nutritivna vrijednost proteina hidroliziranog perja komparirana je sa nutritivnom vrednošću proteina sojine sačme.
