Sencogi Quality Metric (SenQM) is a novel objective metric for video quality assessment. SenQM infers video quality scores from the spatio-temporal evolution of videos. The quality model behind SenQM is based on an algorithm developed by Cogisen for

This paper investigates whether a frequency-domain model of complexity can accurately predict human visual salience maps. The Sencogi model uses the frequency domain to calculate maps of spatial (i.e., static) and temporal (i.e., dynamic) complexity.
